Alexis Kovacs, Psy.D.

 

Dr. Alexis Kovacs, Psy.D. is a developmental neuropsychologist who has specialized post-doctoral training from Children's Hospital Boston/Harvard Medical School.  She specializes in the assessment and treatment of infants, preschool and school-aged children.  More specifically, Dr. Kovacs has extenive experience in the assessment of autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, ADHD, social-emotional difficulties, including anxiety and depression, and behavioral issues. Dr. Kovacs also has specific training in the behavioral treatment of anxiety and feeding disorders.

Dr. Kovacs has served on the faculty of Harvard Medical Schools and has held staff positions in the Developmental Medicine Center at Children's Hospital Boston and at Boston Neuropsychological Services.  Outside of work, she has two children who she enjoys spending time with.

Dania Gaffin, Ph.D.
 
Dr. Dania Gaffin, Ph.D. completed her predoctoral internship and postdoctoral training years at the world renowned Yale Child Study Center. She specializes in assessing and treating developmental disabilities such as autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, childhood depression and anxiety, and thought disorders.  Dr. Gaffin also has extensive experience in evidence-based methods for parenting challenging children.

Dr. Gaffin enjoys conducting neuropsychological evaluations for children and adolescents that help parents understand their child's learning style and their learning strengths and weaknesses.  Dr. Gaffin has held staff positions at Boston Neuropsychological Services and ADHD Boston.  Outside of work, she has three children who she enjoys spending time with.


Anne Snow Gallagher, Ph.D.
 
Dr. Anne Snow Gallagher, PhD, is a clinical psychologist who specializes in the evaluation of infants, toddlers, and school age children. Dr. Snow Gallagher's expertise  includes the assessment of autism spectrum disorders, childhood behavioral and emotional problems such as anxiety, ADHD, as well as learning problems.  She also has extensive experience in treating anxiety and behavioral problems in this population, as well as conducting interventions focused on improving social functioning.

Dr. Snow Gallagher received her Ph.D. from Ohio State University, completed pre-doctoral training at the University of California, Los Angeles, and completed postdoctoral child psychology training at the world renowned Yale Child Study Center. Dr. Snow Gallagher is currently a staff psychologist at Boston Children’s Hospital and holds a faculty position at Harvard Medical School. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her two children.
